We’re seeking RNs with 2 or more years of experience, with or working toward a BSN. Specialty certification preferred; CNOR, CVOR, CEN, CCRN. 


Surgical Techs should have a minimum of a diploma or certificate of completion from an accredited Surgical Technologist program and BLS certification. CST certification highly preferred.

Sign-on Bonuses

Cardiac OR: Up to

$75,000

Scrub experience $75,000
Circulator experience $60,000

+ 10% built-in premium & $10/hour differential

Cardiac Surgical Techs: Up to

$40,000

sign-on bonus

+ 10% built-in premium & $10/hour differential

Ambulatory & Orthopedic OR: Up to

$40,000

sign-on bonus

+ $5/hour differential

ED and ICU: Up to

$20,000

sign-on bonus

+ $5/hour differential

Surgical Techs: Up to

$15,000
